ADDITIONAL ROOM RATE INFORMATION: 1. Add 7% county tax 2. There is an additional security, cleaning and reservation deposit: $150.00 for 1 & 2 bedroom, $200 for 3 bedroom, $400 for 4 bedroom. 3. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 mailing days, pending receipt of deposit. 4. Full amount of rent is due 14 days prior to the reservation date, payable by check, cash, cashier's check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). No cancellations after this time. 5. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations. 6. Holiday Rates: Full amount of rent is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. There is a 30 day cancellation notice required for refund of rent and deposit. 7. No pets allowed. 8. Rates and policies subject to change. 9. We reserve the right to refuse anyone.
